Exchange & Return Policy
How to Cancel your Order:
We can try and cancel the order of something as long as it has not been dispatched from our end. Beyond that, it would not be quite possible for us either. However, you can always read our Return Policy and Contact our customer care to assist with you the same. We would try our level best to cooperate. Also, your reason behind the cancellation is something we would be keen to know.
Also note , at sole discretion from our behalf one way shipping charges will be borne by the customer in case of any exception. However, no refund will be made for part payment orders that contain products from furniture, the advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
Returns for furniture will be accepted only if requested within 7 days of delivery. In any case if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or the amount paid. However, since we can’t bear a loss either, so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, in an undamaged condition. Also note that in such cases of returns, one way shipping charges will be in customer’s account.
Return in case of Damaged Product or the part of Product is missing:
If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging is opened or is damaged, please do not accept the product and immediately contact our customer care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending upon the availability of the product. Similarly in the case when you receive your product with missing parts, defects etc immediately notify our customer care team. Please note, you will need to inform us with 48 hours for any defects or missing parts of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
How long does it take to receive a Refund?
We can process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging. The refund period includes time taken to complete the refund process but excludes any delays on part of banks/card issuers or shipment time in case of cheque refunds.
How to go about the Return Process:
According to our terms and conditions, once you have made up your mind that you wish to return a particular order, you can contact us and we shall arrange a pick-up for your order. On the other hand, you can also send us back the order on our address:

Refund upon cancellation by customer:
All refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through same transaction method used in the original purchase.
- In case of cash payment, refund will be issued either through an account payee cheque in the customer’s name or an online transfer via NEFT to customer’s bank account.
Refund exceptions due to unavailability of product or other issues would take place in the following conditions:
- If Wow Uniform is unable to ship the product due to some reason, or if the shipping address falls outside our courier/postal agency’s area of service.
- If the order does not happen to be delivered to customer even after a reasonable period of time and the customer no longer really needs the product.
- Sometimes, when the item being asked for by the customer in exchange/replacement of something is not available.
- If an order gets confirmed but somehow, it turns out, that the particular item is not available in our warehouse and it would take considerable time for us to arrange it
