When the product is ordered from our website, we ensure that the order gets processes ASAP and gets delivered within 15-20 business days.
We have tied up with some of the most efficient courier services in the region, which are known to deliver in the most organized manner. If all goes well, a delivery should not take more than 4-5 working days. If, however, the item you ordered suddenly happens to go out of stock, or some other unforeseeable incidence happens, the delivery might get delayed a little.
You can always keep a track of the current location of your packet, using the unique tracking number given to you by us. The tracking numbers might need a period of 24 hours to become active.

While your packet is still in-transit, Wow Uniform bears complete responsibility of ensuring that your packet reaches you safe and sound, without being damaged, or without any missing items. Once, however, the customer has checked for the contents of the packet after having received it, is satisfied and has signed on our copy of the receipt, the product remains no more insured by the company.
If you wish to the change the address of delivery, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the packet has left from our warehouse, unfortunately, no such requests would be entertained.
Also, in the event of having given an incorrect address, if the correction is not made within 24 hours of placing the order, the customer is solely liable to bear any costs which the courier/postal agency might have incurred in finally delivering the packet on the right address.
In worst cases, if your order happens to get lost or break while in-transit, and once our courier/postal agency confirms the loss, we start working on the reprocessing/reshipping of the order. The whole process may take several days’ time, though.
